Your team was amazing and very helpful - 5 stars for them!
Overall we loved the property, it was perfect for what we needed and we loved the location, especially the walkability. We will definitely rent it again when we come to Charlottesville. One thing that I thought was fantastic was the nest lighting that worked in the dark to light up hallways at night time, triggered on motion. So great esp. since we were unfamiliar with the hallways.

Team was easy to work with and emails were clear and concise.
It's an adorable house and in a great area to eat and walk to things. Parking was actually fairly easy and we greatly enjoyed the front porch. All the extra bath towels was a nice touch.

A great location and a really nice place for our family. The beds were comfortable, it was easy to find on-street parking and it was great to not be in a hotel.

Thanks to All - especially Kate and Drew.
We loved the location of the house - an easy walk to Downtown Mall, IX and ACAC..... and of course LAMPO and Belmont. The home felt like it was ours immediately upon arrival. The Kitchen was spacious and well laid out.
Stay was very attentive to our needs when we had a request - extra towels, etc.

The home was perfect for a family get together while visiting our son at UVA. The location is ideal and there is plenty of room to spread out. The shower is a bit of a challenge but we got used to it, LOL.
I would suggest having more cooking and food prep supplies.
And it may seem like a small matter but if people arrive after dark it is very difficult to gain entrance to the front door.
We had an over 8 Hour drive from New Jersey and had difficulty getting into the home.
The home was truly wonderful and met most all of our expectations.
We have stayed in Home Aways around the world and we were very happy with this accommodation and the service your company provided.

Very pleasant and communicated well with us.
Wonderful house to stay in because everything was close. We could walk to dinner, walk to entertainment. Our favorite was to just sit on the porch, enjoy the beautiful landscape and wave to the friendly people that passed by. It was a short drive to graduation at UVA. Air conditioning worked great, there was a nice big dining table for the family to gather around for meals and the living area was perfect for conversation.
