Tim's Cabin at Two Stone Row is located on a beautiful, 85 acre, northern Albemarle County property in Earlysville, Virginia. The cabin is nestled on top of a small hill surrounded by trees with an opening looking out to the Blue Ridge Mountains. It is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful, Virginia countryside setting; relax by the fire, enjoy coffee on the porch, or fish/boat on the property's private pond. You could also spend a day at nearby Moss Vineyards and Glasshouse Winery (both within a 20 minute drive) or head into downtown Charlottesville, just 12 miles away, for some dining and nightlife.
This wonderfully restored log cabin was constructed with historic, white pine logs sourced from West Virginia and old heart pine- used extensively in the restoration. The cabin sleeps 4 with a queen bed upstairs and a pull out couch in the main living room. The main level has an open floor plan providing a full kitchen, breakfast table for 4 and a living room centered around a stone fireplace. A flat-screen TV set-up with Apple TV is available to enjoy your favorite shows and movies. The upstairs bedroom offers another wood-burning fireplace and full bath. Off of the main level, on the backside of the cabin, is a porch that looks out to the Blue Ridge.
Guests of the property also have access to walk the grounds and usage of the private pond nearby.
For those who have parties larger than 4, Emily's Cabin, is also for rent on the property and sleeps 4 as well. Perfect for friends and family wanting to be near by.

Thanks for all the help!Property
This little cabin was the perfect retreat from the rest of the world, easily accessible (although probably could use 4WD in poor weather conditions). The wood provided for nightly fires was a great touch.

My Husband and I stayed at Tims Cabin for our Honeymoon. It was a cozy cabin in a private location with a great view of the Virginia mountains, the entire trip exceeded our expectations and was perfect! The owner Gordon was a most gracious host, he came out to the Cabin and greeted us. He had fireplaces ready to go with plenty of supplies and he also left a couple bottles of wine and some B&B that was greatly enjoyed and appreciated. We are looking forward to when we can return!

The property was perfect for two people & provided a quiet getaway, including a break from electronics. We brought our portable Bose speaker for music from our phones & enjoyed the wood burning fireplaces with a glass of wine. Lovely location with pretty mountain views. The owner was very friendly & greeted us after our arrival. The cabin is beautiful inside & very comfortable. The lovely extra touches like honey to use from the beehives outside the cabin, the honey flavored liquor upstairs with glasses, muffins, coffee, cheese & crackers were wonderful. Too bad the weather didn't cooperate enough for us to sit on the back porch to enjoy the mountain view. We will be returning again!

Tim's Cabin was everything we imagined it to be - warm, cozy, peaceful & well-appointed. Gordan & Jean were exceptional hosts and a delight to talk to. We loved the property and can't wait to return in the spring.

We loved spending our Thanksgiving getaway at Tims Cabin. We loved the personal handwritten Welcome Note, bottle of wine and also enjoyed personally being greeted by the owner, Gordon upon our arrival. The setting is secluded and was perfect for our romantic holiday getaway. The owners have thought of every detail and added personal touches for an amazing stay. We especially enjoyed the real wood burning fireplaces which gave us an opportunity to relax and unwind. Everything was perfect and we would definitely return and highly recommend!

We loved it. The communication from Stay was immediate and thorough, the cabin was just as charming as pictured (we thought the upstairs was even better), and well prepared/stocked for guests. The cabin was the perfect blend of rustic texture and comfort, which was exactly what we were looking for. The setting is very secluded, making it perfect for a romantic escape. Our only regret was not being able to meet the owners in person, though they did leave us a handwritten note of welcome and a bottle of honey from their beehives, which was not only thoughtful, but that more personal touch we were hoping for from an airbnb rental. Highly recommended; we've already talked about going back.

We loved our visit to Tim's Cabin. The place is beautiful and incredibly well thought out. We loved the rugs, the candles, the beautiful fireplaces, and especially the view of the Blue Ridge mountains out back. We cooked, drank wine, grilled, and just enjoyed the peace and quiet. Gordon, our host, was so friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, there was a bottle of wine and a bottle of honey waiting for us. There were lots of other lovely touches as well. We brought a small dog with us, as we were dog-sitting for a friend. Needless to say, he had a blast too! The biggest thing was that my girlfriend and I got engaged while we were there! For all you future travelers, just know that there's some really positive energy lingering around the breakfast table :) When we saw Gordon again later on and told him that we had gotten engaged, he was so genuinely happy for us and even gave us a gift from the cabin. It was incredibly thoughtful and sweet. We would love to come back!
