The entire process was easy.
It was convenient to so many things. It was walking distance to the mall, nice food establishments in the neighborhood and easy driving distance to vineyards and historical attractions.
The house was very comfortable and well decorated. It had a welcoming feel to it.

Both the Stay Charlottesville staff and the Monticello Wine Tours were awesome to work with. We had everything that we could possibly need, the staff was accommodating and quick to respond, and the overall trip was a huge success.
We really enjoyed our stay on the property. It was perfect for our trip...a great location for getting around to the downtown mall when we wanted to go out, and great for just hanging out and catching up with the girls when we wanted to stay in.

Simple, fast and easy and most importantly accurate :)
We loved our stay at this lovely house, conveniently located within walking distance to great coffee shops and restaurants in downtown Belmont and on the mall. It was only a 5 minute drive to Monticello. The fenced in yard was also great for our dog. I would definately stay here again if we are in the area.

Your team did the absolute nicest thing. I accidentally left my leather jacket behind. Someone called my house and mailed the jacked to me!
All of the important non-Monticello sites in Charlottesville are within walking distance. We spent a lot of time browsing in the used bookstores, which are excellent in Charlottesville. We also walked to several fantastic bars and restaurants.

Wonderful charming house with tons of space, great location, comfortable beds, great ambiance. Felt very personal, not like a sterile cookie cutter hotel.

My husband and I stayed at Graves St. Magnolia in October and had a wonderful time. The house is located in the quiet neighborhood of Belmont, with quick access to the downtown Charlottesville pedestrian mall, and numerous shops and restaurants in Belmont. We were within walking distance of one of our favorite C-ville restaurants, Mas. Just behind the house is a great little coffee shop / gourmet market called The Farm, and across the street is Spudnuts for awesome donuts. There is a very easy flow to the house with a living room, kitchen, dining room and office downstairs, and three bedrooms, laundry and full bath upstairs. The master bedroom is very spacious and outfitted with a comfortable bed. We did not use the other rooms, but they looked inviting as well. The fully fenced yard was a plus as we were traveling with our dogs. The only recommendation I would make is for the owner to invest in some additional kitchen tools. It would've been difficult to cook a meal with the sparse selection of cookware. On the plus side, there are plenty of serving pieces such as plates, bowls and glassware. There's also an ample supply of wine glasses to enjoy local Va wine. I would definitely rent this house again for its location and comfortable feel of a home away from home.

We came to Charlottesville to attend the UVA football game and enjoy the downtown mall. We had two couples and a 1 year old in the house, and it was perfect. We got food from a cute market on the Mall (which is an easy stroll away), and picked up coffee at a coffeeshop/market right next to the house (along with an art gallery). The house was decorated very modern and loved the abstract art. It was the perfect plact to cook, hang out and enjoy each other's company. It was nearby everything you needed, a 2 mile walk to UVA campus, and there is also public transportation. Recommend stopping by some vineyards on the way into town! Couldn't have asked for a better weekend!
