We begin taking reservations for UVA Graduation on May 1st at 9:00am EDT of the preceding year to each graduation. (ie: May 1 2024 for 2025 Graduation), via phone only at (434) 977-0442.

We do recommend choosing at least three properties that you’re interested in booking.

Inquire with us for rates for that weekend, and note that rates are subject to change.

• We do have a three-night minimum for UVA Graduation.
• There is a 90-day cancellation policy for UVA Graduation, and we require 50% of the total rental rate cost to book the property.
• Additional fees for the booking include an end-of-stay cleaning fee plus tax.
• UVA Graduation is the third weekend of May.
