Mike was a pleasure to work with. We had a small issue with the gas logs not working and he was incredibly responsive and helped us to get it back in working order.
The size of the house was perfect for a girls' weekend for 8 ladies. We loved that it was convenient to a lot of places and the street was quiet. It was nice to have plenty of bathrooms to get ready and a wonderfully large common area to hang out in during our down time at home.

I had good experiences working with your team. I did get a bit upset about the potential parking issue..... I thought that there was only 2 hour parking on East Jefferson St during weekday hours and that we might be ticketed. Anyway, whoever answered the phone handled my irritation well and in the end, it turned out fine. I appreciated having a contact number in case anything went wrong.
This was the perfect house for us to stay in during our son's wedding weekend in Charlottesville. I was worried when I read there was only on-street parking but it turned out fine. We especially enjoyed the combined kitchen/family room. And the bedrooms/bathrooms were wonderful. The separate downstairs apartment was great too. Oh, and we also had a wonderful family gathering after the wedding on the back deck and then dinner on that great dining room table.

The house was beautiful and spacious, much more than we thought it would be. It was very easy to get to the downtown pedestrian mall area. Parking on weekdays was difficult and surprising for us. We didnt realize beforehand how busy the area is for businesses.

Your team was terrific and helping us and we really love the city and the people .
The house was terrific. Good size with three bedrooms and an additional apartment in the basement. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and modern. Outdoor patio was very nice as well as the pool table. The House location, near the walking Promenade, is ideal. I would happily recommend this house to all comers

Absolutely beautiful home just a few blocks from the downtown mall. We were able to walk to many of our destinations. Lovely antiques, great kitchen and family room. We had an issue with one of the bathrooms and the management company resolved within a few hours. Great stay, I highly recommend this home.

The Stay Charlottesville team was very responsive, even during the Christmas season. Thanks so much!
We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas at the Pryor Haynes House! We may have liked this house even more than the Stay Charlottesville property we stayed in last Christmas. The house is perfectly situated within a short walk to the Downtown Mall and a short drive to everywhere else in Charlottesville.
The main floor - with the spacious family room, kitchen and pool room - was perfect for hanging out and entertaining.
We'd love to stay at Pryor Haynes House again!

Everyone was great!
The house exceeded all expectations! It's actually quite nice to have the option for extra privacy of the downstairs apartment. We were in Charlottesville for our daughter's wedding and the house was perfect! The bride and maids got dressed here and the photographer was thrilled with all of the opportunities for great shots!

Your team is great! Hilary was so responsive and friendly. We used the Old Metropolitan Hall for the rehearsal, and it was lovely!
Loved the decor, and the size & layout was perfect for our extended family. We had 4 generations coming together for a wedding and it could not have been better. The family room/kitchen was wonderful for preparing meals and hanging out.

Wonderful location--easy walk to downtown mall. A nice quiet street, easy parking. Gorgeous property with beautiful high ceilings, good light and wonderful floor plan. A great place for a family to hang out in the spacious and open kitchen and family room area. Some of our group took advantage of the pool table and deck.
